Goob (now known as Squirrel) was a 6-month-old coonhound/bluetick mix. A staff member of a local veterinarian office notified a CARS board member that he was homeless. CARS rescued him from the local shelter. He was moved to a foster home and was vetted, neutered, and had all his vaccines.
As often happens, Squirrel became a "foster failure", and was adopted by his foster family.
Another CARS success story!
